Our Infrastructure

Spread over 40,000 sq feet, our factories have a capacity of over 150,000 garments per month. Materials used for the products are tested at our in-house lab to ensure they adhere to globally certified quality standards. Our in-house embroidery and printing facility guarantee exquisite craftsmanship. We use the latest CAD & ERP software to plan, control, and monitor production systems to ensure that our customers are regularly updated on the progress of their orders.

Cutting, Production & Finishing

Our CAD, Automated pattern cutter and planning through our ERP system not only ensure we are able to meet the quality and specifications of our customers but also control over the production process and delivery through a systematic monitoring approach. 

Quality & Testing Process

At NC John our Quality Control focuses on the Raw-material input which is the most important factor to get a quality product. Stringent checks at each stage of the production process with a pro-active rather than reactive approach ensures that we pass the final AQL 2.5 inspection standards. 

Our in-house laboratory tests conformance to global quality standards for wash fastness, crocking, pilling, shrinkage, elongation and GSM. We also use lab's like SGS, Intertek when required by our customers

Printing

Our partners have the expertise and the latest printing capabilities with MHM, rotary, sublimation and digital. These units produce over 10,000 prints daily in pigment, plastisol, discharge and PVC.

Embroidery

Our elegant designs and unique embellishments are created using our in-house embroidery division, equipped with two of the latest computerized 9 colour 20 head Japanese Tajima embroidery machines with boring and cording attachments.
